Since he first started working with Terence Conran in 2001, Peter Prescott rose from general manager of the Bluebird Gastrodome to become partner in Prescott & Conran alongside Terence and his wife Victoria – a creative partnership that launched award-winning projects including Boundary Hotel, Restaurant & Rooftop (Shoreditch), Lutyens Restaurant, Bar and Private Rooms (Fleet St), and – of course – Albion.
In Peter’s words, Albion is about ‘simplicity, quality, and value for money’, and these are characteristics that he ensures consistently underpin every aspect of the brand, from the design of the space and the materials used, to the design of the menu and the ingredients sourced. Following on from other branches of Albion, the vision for the Clerkenwell venue – the largest site to date – is to take Albion's trademark honest and reliable dining experience to the next level.
